Toni Amodeo.CA

I started my accounting journey with one of the big 4 accounting firms and now have over 25 years' experience in business accounting and tax. I work closely with business owners to ensure that their accounting and tax compliance is up to date so that they can make informed decisions within their businesses, and that they are getting the maximum tax benefits available.

I am passionate about helping my clients achieve their short and long term goals, and pride myself on being knowledgeable and approachable.

Outside of the office, I enjoy travelling with my husband Lee, having a glass of rosé in the sun, and spending time with our 4 boys.

Over the years I have held a number of senior finance and information technology roles with some of New Zealand's most recognised entities. I have been involved with NZ start-ups and have streamlined business processes for organisations.

FAQs

Are you registered Tax Agents & Chartered Accountants?

We are registered Tax Agents with the Inland Revenue Department.

We are also Chartered Accountants (CA). We are governed by professional standards.

Can everything be done online?

Yes. Everything from initial contact to completing and filing your accounts and taxes can be done online.

Do I need Xero?

We work with with clients regardless of what they use to store their accounting information.

We are Xero Partners so if you do need Xero we can advise on it and sign you up and offer a discount as well on the subscription fees.

Do we need to meet in person?

Our initial conversations / meetings can be done via phone, email, zoom or in person. Whatever is comfortable for you.

Do you only service clients in the Waikato region?

While we are based in Cambridge we are an online-based Accountancy practice and we have clients all over New Zealand, from Kerikeri to Queenstown.

How hard is it to switch from my existing accountants?

Not hard at all.

We can do the switch over on your behalf.

What is the secret to your affordable fees?

We believe in value-for -money
As business owners ourselves, we understand the importance of getting quality service at the right price. So we built a business giving our clients just that = value-for-money.

Pay for what you need
The majority of accountants incorporate the cost of the software such as Xero subscription in their fees leading their clients to pay more. Quite often we find that a lot of clients do not even use all the features they are paying for!

We simply work with whatever the client is comfortable and suited to you.
